Finding out you have bed bugs is stressful, and the laundry side of dealing with them is often the part people aren’t sure how to handle.
Heat is what actually works
Bed bugs and their eggs are killed by sustained heat — a hot wash followed by a full hot dryer cycle is one of the most reliable ways to clear an infestation from fabric. A quick rinse or a cold wash won’t do it.
Why we don’t just add it to a regular order
Items being treated for bed bugs are never run through the same machines as everyone else’s laundry. They’re sent through a separate, specialized process so there’s no risk of spreading anything to other customers’ orders.
How to prepare your order
Place all affected items in a securely sealed disposable bag — double-bagging is best. You don’t need to sort colours from whites, we take care of that. Label the bag clearly and let us know it’s a bed bug order when you book.
What we can (and can’t) treat
We treat your clothes and linens, not your home itself — that part still needs a pest control professional. Our Bed Bug Treatment add-on can be added to any Wash & Fold, Wash & Hang or Dry Cleaning order.
